fscked up sleep cycle

gshCrawled into bed at 5am. With no alarm woke up at 8am. Cursed roundly, got up, took a sleep capsule, slept till noon. Joys of being an astronomer.
And my hip is getting worse. I really hope I don't have arthiritus.
Lots clouds now. The weather channel says it will clear off. Lets see how accurate that is.
