I'm a moron

So, I go to the post office after lunch
to be a good citizen and mail in my tax
forms. Spent about a half hour, watching
the rest of humanity on Wisconsin Ave
wait in line. Then I went back to work.

Where I realized that while I had
mailed in the tax forms, I forgot
to mail in the check.

Fashion Statement

Well, I ended up walking around all day at work
with a gash in my pants that showed off my left
butt cheek to my co-workers. I got my fair share
of abuse.

This is not my day.

Dogs

So, following along with my wonderful day,
I get home and find little tiny bits of
cinnamin oats cereal spread all across the
living room floor, and King, our 75 lb german
shepard licking at the crumbs. He had gotten
the cereal out of the pantry. I had just
bought the cereal yesterday, King having
eaten the previous box on Friday.

I guess we have to get a baby lock sort of
thing for our pantry.

*sigh*
