This sucks
Mar. 13th, 2003 02:10 pmSo, it sucks when you are driving your wife's car, and you get a ticket because she never re-registered the car in October.
It may or may not suck when a week later your wife is pulled over, but not given a ticket, for the same infraction.
It sucks a bit when you are faced with the choice of your wife losing a half day pay to take the car into the DMV or you burn a vacation day to take her car in.
It sucks when you get a *second* ticket for driving an unregistered car while you are on the way to the DMV. Even after showing the dickweed cop the printed directions to the DMV, and telling him you are going to be there when it opens.
It sucks to wait three hours in the DMV to just renew the registration.
It sucks when you are paged over the loudspeaker to come to the info desk, and then have the rent-a-pig with a gun tell you that you aren't allowed to go to the info desk because you need to stay in the waiting area.
It sucks when you are then told that a student driver has hit your car that is parked in the parking lot.
