Bruuuuuuucccccceeeeeeeeeee

Saw The Boss at FedEx field last night. Wonderful night, no rain in the evening. He wore all black and started out the evening with a Johhny Cash song, very nice tribute. He did three sets in three hours, with a great mix between stuff from the Rising and this older stuff. He did "Pink Caddilac" for the first time in about 20 years, it was funny when he started playing a riff, and I'm thinking "that sounds like Pink Caddilac but not quite" and I stood there trying to figure out what he was going to play. He tried a second time, then a third, then laughed and called out to Steven van Zandt "you play it" and he just did the lyrics. :) At least he didn't forget the words. Born to run, Born in the USA with some nice political commentary first, Badlands, Jungle Land, Rosalita, Dancing in the Dark. Ah, I was a happy man.

Of course my ears are *still* ringing, but I guess we sometimes have to suffer for art.
