Christmas chuckle
Dec. 25th, 2003 04:07 pmPam and I aren't big breakfast eaters. Most days I have a pop tart or a pastry at work, with a cup of tea. Pam will do some cold cereal with milk. Weekends we generally go to the bagel place.
Well, today being a tad special, I cooked breakfast. Nothing too fancy, but bacon, eggs, jam, jellies, and some sourbread toast, toasted in the over. It was all wonderful. *burp*. When I was done, there wasn't a whole lot of sourdough bread left, so I decided to toss it outside for the birds. Pam was talking to her mom on the phone, so I got the leftover break, walked outside, and started tearing bits of bread off, and tossing it around the back yard. I came back inside, and Pam is almost rolling on the ground laughing. I ask her what is so funny, and she points outside. Sierra and King were following me around, and sniffing out the bread I was leaving for the birds and eating it themselves.
Heh, we have furry birds.
*sigh*
