Dear Cingular

Fsck off please. It shouldn't take over two hours to activate two phones, and even worse, it shouldn't take me hanging up the phone, driving to the cingular store to get one of those new SIM memory chip thingies, then driving back home because the store isn't able to activate my service. The only reason I'm not ripping your balls from your body is that right now I have two working phones.
