stupid fscking rules

I love getting in major trouble (having the CO, the XO, the comptroller, my department head meeting for 45 minutes over the issue) over a danish, a bottle of OJ, a tuna wrap sandwich, a coke and chips. It freaked people out that the company we hired to do two days of on site training was going to buy lunch for some civil servants.
