Feb. 23rd, 2009 03:41 pm1) The regional facilities management put in a new HVAC into one of our buildings.
2) The contractors wired it into the circuits that are protected by UPS.
3) When the HVAC went on full bore, it overloaded a wire, and brought down
a bunch of stuff that was supposed to be on UPS.
4) Regional facilities management then attempts to bill us for the repair.
Is that a textbook case of adding insult to injury?
