Dinner with reedrover then a mad dash to Fairfax Delux to meet scherziod and rdhdsnippet to watch Coraline. Since I had never read the story I wasn't sure what was going to happen, other than having my social circle go squee over it. The after movie conversation included the term "blender on a stick" which was a new one to me.
