stab my brain with a titanium spork
Oct. 13th, 2010 05:21 pmI try to spend Wednesdays at a telework center. Most of the time it is pretty quiet, and
I get to *think* without being bothered by various co-orkers who want my help in solving their problems. Today there were
a couple of teleworkers that I had not seen before. One is apparently a tech support person of some flavor, and his agency apparently just deployed Trim Context (an expensive software product that makes sharepoint look sane) integrated with Exchange. I swear to gawd he spent the entire day dealing with the SAME issue from multiple persons. He gave the same step by step instructions at least 12 times today. I'm going insane just listening to the guy.
