We can has budget

So yea verily there is a budget. Anyone know what is in it? I have no clue what the dollar amount is, I just know there is 38.5 billion in cuts from a poorly defined baseline.

We ALMOST have a budget. It hasn't been written in to law yet. I have total faith in our government's ability to still screw this up.

Yeah. I've heard nothing about what's been cut, but the last I heard there were three policy riders that would negatively impact the main contract I'm working on.
