Greg's navel gazing

Arlington, across the street from a metro...I'm surprised it's only $800 frankly. I lived in one of those little shoebox-sized houses in that neighborhood, with less square footage than my current apartment has, and it was going for something like $200k a decade ago. I'd love to live in that neighborhood again, but there's no way I can afford it.
