Across the street from East Falls Church Metro they are tearing down a bunch of trees to put in "Luxury Townhomes". Starting at 800K. Geesh, for 800K I want a McMansion, not a fscking townhouse.

Arlington, across the street from a metro...I'm surprised it's only $800 frankly. I lived in one of those little shoebox-sized houses in that neighborhood, with less square footage than my current apartment has, and it was going for something like $200k a decade ago. I'd love to live in that neighborhood again, but there's no way I can afford it.
