Baby goats!

And King got a close up and personal meeting with a goat, who let him know he didn't want to be chased. *thonk* And I had thought King had a hard head.

Oh, I guess I knew then. Thought there might have been another by now.

They'd better all be born by Tuesday, or my bookie's going to be rolling in the dough. I wish he wouldn't do that. It's disgusting.

Sounds like the doe rolled King. What was he doing?

I'm glad you guys came out and brought the puppies. I'm sorry that we didn't think to introduce the dogs singly before the chase scene, but no harm done to anyone except maybe denting Sancho's horn where he smacked King on the head (grin).

I'm glad that you got some goat-baby-therapy. Feel free to call up for another baby snuggle sometime. Hopefully I'll have more babies by next time.

I hope you have a good trip, and in case I forget to send e-mail, my advised reading order of the books I handed you should be:

Plan B
Local Custom
Scout's Progress
then buy and read I Dare. Don't read I Dare until after you've gone back in time and read Local Custom and Scout's Progress, or things won't make the right sense at the right time.

Balance of Trade will fit in anywhere as a stand-alone. It's pretty easy going, so if you want something without incredible layers of nuance, that's the one to read. (Plan B is the toughest going for what is not said, or minorly implied.)
