Members of congress are going to subpoena a brain damaged woman to testify. A House committee was planning to subpoena Terri Schiavo to appear before Congress next week, and Schiavo's family is "hopeful" the brain-damaged woman will make that appearance in Washington, an attorney for her parents said Friday.

I'm sure there's a rude joke about brain damage and Congress that can be made here, but I'll pass on it for now.

I find it extremely hard to believe that Congress has nothing better or more important to do than to hold hearings on steroid use in baseball and meddle in a case of a single person who's been in a persistent vegetative state for 15 years.
