gshMy work life just bumped into my social life. Seems Doug Humphry, who is known to many, has invited the employees of the observatory and their families to go on an afternoon cruise on his boat.
His boat is the RV Badtz Maru, an ex warship of the Royal Navy. I knew Doug had more money than any normal person knew what to do with, but that's strange even by susboids standards.
