I think my Ipod died. And it was less than a year old. Have to find out how long the warrent is, and how to get it repaired/replaced. Those things are expensive to only last a year.
There was a class-action lawsuit against Apple for battery life problems. Lithium Ion batteries not only have a maximum life of a number of years, they have a maximum shelf life as well.
I prefer to purchase devices that have replaceable batteries.
