Fun with doctors

Saw the doc today for my kidney stone. Its still small enough that the doc thinks trying to get rid of it via ultrasound is riskier than just leaving it be, so I get another six month wait about it. Oh, well. While I was waiting for the X--ray I was bored and reading the medical form that had the suspected illnesses that you can get a diagnostic test for. One of listed boxes was "History of voluntary sterilization." What, like that's something you can do enough to have a history of? "Yes, Dr. I have a history of colds and voluntary sterilizations. What can you give me for that?"
