Dec. 16th, 2003 11:27 amJust got back from an echo cardiogram. Basically an ultrasound of my heart. It was goopier than I had wanted it to be. I knew it was interesting when I walked in and saw a hand written piece of paper stuck to the wall with physics equations on it. I saw equations for Reynolds number and Poission number, and other equations I suffered through in college. The echo cardiogram even had a doppler feature where you could see the direction of the blood flow. I have a leak of a heart valve, but it isn't serious enough to do anything about now. Maybe in 15 to 20 years. I'm not supposed to do any heavy workouts with weights, just low to moderate weight workouts (like I get to the gym all that often anyway). They want a follow up next year to get a baseline.
