At least for those who do the month day year convention. Those that do day month year have to wait a bit.

When I was a kid we took a picture of a clock and a newspaper at 12:34 on 5-6-78.

That's cool. I managed to be awake for three out of four occurrences of:
12:34:56 7/8/90
and
01:23:45 6/7/89

I missed the first one of the latter date by falling asleep too early.
