I have those chemical finger warmer packs on my backseat in cases of emergency... I almost broke two out this morning just for driving until the steering wheel warmed up.
You don’t say. It was 12 degrees in York this morning. I didn’t listen long enough to hear the wind chill. So cold my car had trouble starting. Can we go back to the part of January that was 70 degrees?
I was briefly outside without a jacket last night and it was BRISK!
We often say that the cat or guinea pig have "spare" limbs when they're lying down and have one or more legs sticking out at highly improbable / painful looking angles. Especially if you can grab one and wiggle it a bit without the pet complaining. "Sure, you can borrow that one, it's a spare."
