The weather nitwits seem to have gotten this one partiall right. We have actual snow on the ground. More than a microscopic layer! The dogs are already frolicking the heck out of the snow.
He's white (and freshly groomed), so in a bit, I'll take him out with the camera and see if we can lose him in the snow. (Look its a polar bear eating a snow cone in a blizzard!)
