dgnde. Pygment made some very tasty corned beef and cabbage this weekend. I confess I'm not much for the potatoes-and-cabbage part but the rest is good.
God, I would just love some corned beef. It doesn't exist here in Sweden, so I don't get to cook it. I can leave the cabbage well out, but properly done corned beef -- boiled to make it tender, then finished in the oven so it's crispy on the outside -- is deeeeeelicious.
