lots of walking today

Went down to the ballpark at about 2pm to try to get tickets. I had tried to get opening day tickets when they first went on sale, didn't get one in the six minutes it took to sell out. There was a decent line at 2 when I got there (the last 400 tickets went on sale at 3:30), by 3:30 the line was quite long. I was about 20 persons from the window when they announced all 5 buck tickets were gone, only $325 tickets were available. I took a walk around the stadium and slinked up to Adams Morgan to watch DC Tribal. Sitting between reedrover, sihaya09, across from tamnonlinear and Julie the LJLess (whom I don't think is related to James the LJLess, but I haven't actually checked) is very very very full of Not Suck. I even got home in time to watch Zimmermann's HR in the bottom of the ninth in HD. Bang Zoom go the fireworks!

It was good to see you last night. I had a nice time chatting with the group. Belladonna is just as interesting and engaging when she's dancing as when she is MC'ing - and that's nice too.
