You say to yourself, "why is a jackhammer going on outside at 6:30am?"

Five minutes later you say to yourself "why is there no water pressure?"

*pause*

"Oh"

Given the hole in the street, I can easily belive it was an emergency, but advance warning was not given. Water was back on by 7:30, so I'm only slightly late for work.
