It was advertised in the program as "Planetary classification", scheduled to run from 6:30 to 8. What we got was a verbal smackdown between Neil deGrasse Tyson and Bill Nye, Science Guy. And I smoozed with Alan Stern, PI on the Pluto Express mission.

The whole thing was webcast, they said it was on "ustream", but I don't know where since I don't use ustream.

The smackdown came in the question and answer period, when Bill Nye tweaked Tyson for saying "Trans Neptunian object", instead of "ultra neptunian object".

8! 9! 14! 349! Several thousand! Does it matter what we call them? Yes! No! Are dwarf planets planets? Yes! No!

I love Bill Nye :) I think I would have enjoyed watching this!
