But I think about this and try to be nice to people and remember we all get to take breaks and need mental candy from time to time. I know my day I tend to go flat out and only have recently started checking LJ during the day. I try to get my work done first but remind myself I often eat at my desk working and never actually schedule a lunch for myself.
