This is what I'd suggest! A simple tunic/pants/belt combo. ORRRRR a kilt. I am, of course, a kilt enthusiast and rare is the man who doesn't look hotter in one!
Bullseye is generally good for tunic/pants. It's where I went 12 years ago for my first tunic/pants.
Potomac Leather for a belt.
PL is on your way into fair, once you get back the initial display of food and such, just past the white hart tavern. Bullseye, and I hope I'm remembering the name correctly is behind and to the right of Potomac Leather, on the opposite end of the row from a turkey leg vendor if that helps.
