Another 20 minute run today. I went about 1/8th of a mile further each way.

Today I started my 6 week pre-train "Couch potato to training athlete" ...

10 minutes on the treadmill at a 3.5 speed. My legs were sore by 4 minutes. The run is going to challenging for me

10 minutes on the bike spinning at about 90 rpm. Did about 3.6 miles.
