Another 20 minute run today. I went about 1/8th of a mile further each way.

Today I started my 6 week pre-train "Couch potato to training athlete" ...
10 minutes on the treadmill at a 3.5 speed. My legs were sore by 4 minutes. The run is going to challenging for me
10 minutes on the bike spinning at about 90 rpm. Did about 3.6 miles.

I'm very glad to hear you started. I'm not planning on starting a formal training session till January, but I want to keep gradually upping my running times.
