Sundays

Sundays are for sleeping late. And then for an egg salad with provologne cheese on a plain bagel. Then there was the weed wacking of the front yard. Followed by the mowing of the front yard. The cleaning up of dog poo from the back yard. The mowing of the back yard. Getting rid of the ugly yucca plant in the front yard. Nailing up two trellises (trelli?) for Pam's blueberry vines. Went to JC Penny to get a set of blinds for 70% off to replace the college student type mini-blinds we inherited when we bought the house. We had to come home to double check a set of measurements, then when we got back to JC apparently there was no one to help us. Pam went us to a clerk, and asked for some help, and was told there was no one to help her. This after a clerk ignored us while counting money. Pam raised her voice a bit and said "Do you mean to tell me there is no one in this store able to take our money?" The clerk said "Correct". Pam said "We'll see about that" and went to find a manager. The manager was glad to take our money and sell us some blinds. I think there are going to be some people talked to tomorrow. Then I took the dogs for a walk. Then checked email, and LJ.
