It is bad enough that people use im shorthand like how r u? in informal situations, but the
subject of an WORK email I just got was:

Re: U HAVE A PAPER TKT ..U MUST COME TO NNMC BETHESDA TO P/UP YR TKT

Was that the entirety of the message or was there more in the body? I wonder whether perhaps they were trying to cram as much as possible into the subject line.
